the 1870s and '80s, magazine and newspaper stories telling of
the area's mild climate and abundant fish and game likened
it to the sunny Italian peninsula. The name Naples caught on when
promoters described the bay as "surpassing the bay in Naples,
Italy."
The 33-unit
Charter Club Resort Of Naples Bay, on the southwestern coast
of Florida, is comprised of 11 three-story buildings overlooking
beautiful Naples Bay and sits on the premier corner of Tenth Avenue
South and Tenth Street South.

This non-smoking resort's two-bedroom/two-bath villas sleep six
and have views of Naples Bay, which guests can enjoy from their
30-foot screened lanais. They are
designed with high-quality furnishings and state-of-the-art entertainment
centers with TV's and VCR's.
The villas, with 1,240 sq. ft. of living space, offer living and dining areas,
fully-equipped kitchens, wet bars, separate bedrooms and washers/dryers.

include: beach access, boat docking, heated swimming pool, hot
tub, children's pool, outdoor grills, bicycles, private

has waverunners right on site. Go on a
guided waverunner tour of the mangrove forests where you will see

a small fee. Enjoy fishing in the back bays or Gulf of Mexico as
well as boating to your own private beach on Keewaydin Island.

Directions:
From the Naples Airport: Go south on Airport
Rd. and Right on Davis Blvd. Merge Right onto US 41. Go 1/2 mile
and turn Left at 10th St., South (Historical
District). Continue 5 blocks on 10th St. until you reach the resort.
From
Ft. Myers Airport: Go South on I-75. Take Exit 107
(Pine Ridge Rd.) to the West (Right from the exit) until Goodlette-Frank
Rd. Turn Left on Goodlette-Frank Rd. and proceed 5 miles to Hwy
41. Make a right onto Hwy 41 and turn Left onto 10th St. at the
first traffic light. Proceed straight ahead to the resort.
From
I-75 Southbound: Take Exit 107 and follow the same
directions "From
Ft. Myers Airport" (above).
From
US 41 (Tamiami Trail) Southbound: Stay on US 41 South
Straight (don't turn Left with US 41). Upon crossing 5th Ave.
South, continue
Straight (South) 5 blocks on 9th St. South, until you reach the
resort on the left.
From
the East Coast: Take US 41 across the state into the
Naples area. Upon reaching the Gordon River Bridge, watch for
10th St.
South then Left. Follow 10th St. South 5 blocks until you reach
the resort.
Also
from the East Coast: Traveling on I-75, take Exit
101. Take a Left on 951. At first intersection, take a Right
onto
Davis Blvd.
Stay on Davis Blvd. (7 miles) until it bears Right onto US 41.
Follow to 10th St. South and turn Left. Proceed 5 blocks straight
to the resort.

assist you. If you will be arriving after office hours (8:00
am-6:00 pm Monday
through
Saturday and 9:00
am-5:00 pm on Sundays) contact the resort for arrangements to pick

Several transportation options are available to and from Southwest
Florida International Airport in Fort Myers, 45 minutes to the
north, and Naples Airport, 10 minutes away.
