Vision, Value and Values

The company has developed and manages eight resorts in Florida: Barefoot'n In The Keys Resort, Bryan's Spanish Cove, Liki Tiki Village, Orbit One Vacation Villas and Parkway International Resort in Orlando; Charter Club Resort Of Naples Bay; The Cove On Ormond Beach; and Crescent Resort On South Beach.

They are professionally managed by Island One Resorts Hospitality Group (IORHG). Island One Resorts and IORHG work together to ensure quality vacation products and the provision of superior vacation experiences that provide value and experiential variety.

Island One Resorts tailors its resort experiences based upon consumer trending and analytics, constantly addressing the ever-evolving dynamics of consumer appeal. Its resorts offer unique styles and themes with friendly and relaxed environments; they welcome guests with genuine hospitality, beautiful and spacious accommodations, myriad on-site diversions and tremendous value.

The company's 1,107 villas offer owners and guests spacious luxury and homelike comfort, including full kitchens, living rooms, dining areas and separate bedrooms. Most include added conveniences such as washer/dryer, flat panel TVs, Wi-Fi access and whirlpool spa tubs in the master bathrooms. Villa design offers premium vacation flexibility, in terms of length of stay from a few days to multiple weeks, and with villa accommodations including studios and one-, two- and three bedrooms. The three-bedroom lock-off villa is ideal for multi-generational family travel. The most common sizes are two-bedroom/two-bath villas.   

Club Navigo, the company's points-based vacation club, offers 25 resort destinations throughout the United States, the Caribbean, Latin America and Europe.

Over the years, vacation products have evolved from fixed week intervals, to float weeks, to a points-based vacation club. Amenities have changed from basics to the exceptional and unexpected. Usage flexibility has increased with lock-off designs and split-week usage. But the company's core values of passion, care, innovation and integrity remain steadfast.
