Has someone contacted you indicating they have a buyer for your timeshare? Has someone told you that they work for Island One Resorts or that Island One will be involved in the resale transaction? They are not affiliated with Island One Resorts/Club Navigo.
Island One Resorts/Club Navigo has maintained its reputation and credibility for over 30 years. Recently there has been a significant increase in the number of unscrupulous "resellers" claiming to work for Island One or trying to use our good name to establish credibility for themselves. Unfortunately, owners too often contact us after they have sent money to these "resellers" just to find out that we have no involvement in the transaction and that we have no idea who the resellers are. Please, don't make the same mistake.
Thus far, the fraudulent emails have been sent from the following email address: firstname.lastname@example.org. The fraudsters have also sent resale agreements using Island One's logo and street address and a Luxury Tax Statement. Please do not respond to these emails, resale agreements or tax notices. Report the fraud or attempted fraud to your local law enforcement authorities.
